family portrait commissions

two members of a local family (who i went to high school with) commissioned several family portraits so they could have family members who have passed pictured with their children and grandchildren.

looking back on these, i'm not in love with how they turned out -- this sort of commission was not something i had done before, and i now no longer accept these kinds of commissions -- but i'm still grateful to have been trusted to create them, and i'm so happy my clients like them.

i think one of these is traced, but i'm not positive. all of them are based on clients' personal photos.
